I received my order, but there is an item that is damaged. |

We apologize for inconvenience, all damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, contact Customer Service at 800-428-1153. Please retain the original shipping cartons, as examination by UPS inspectors may be necessary. IF a parcel post package arrives damaged, notify us. For Motor Freight shipments, notify the carrier immediately and then contact Display Connection. |
